The breakfast is sensational, great and the staff is fairly friendly. The apartment is compact and beautifully maintained. The hotel has a very central location to the free city circle tram stop.

The restaurant was very clean for breakfast and dinner, I tried healthy dishes. The view of the skyline and street from the window was great, loved it. The location was excellent, you can visit Queen Victoria by walking. A market and a night market were right next door.

This was a really comfortable stay for great value. Great-sized and extremely pleasant units with a comfy bed and bathroom, and the staff were efficient. We had an electric kettle and a refrigerator...

The room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with all requirements for a family, we stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel provided a great value breakfast with the croissants and chicken sausages, for example.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place was overall clean and pleasant, it had cooperative staff on the reception desk. I was there for 3 nights and ate at authentic restaurant for dinner. Comfy beds, a lounge, a kettle, and a balcony were a nice touch. The location was marvellous - ease of access to a big indoor pool. I visited restaurants and pubs minutes from the hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous, it has really friendly staff and a lounge bar. The location it offers is marvellous, so close to nearby attractions and Queen Victoria Markets, the shopping district of Bourke Mall Street and the nightclub nearby on weekends. Great service, the breakfast is warm.

Well-maintained place all in all, has COMPETENT staff on the reception desk. The units are tastefully decorated, brand-new where the shower was much better.

The location was particularly good for weekend in Melbourne.

Clean room with useful kitchenette. Soft and comfortable bed. TV in bedroom and living room. Conveniently close to Queen Victoria Tram station, markets, and pickup point for tours. 15-min walk to Aussie product store. Decent breakfast available. Loaned umbrellas during rainy days.

Ordered meal from dinning services advertised in room . I received a text from restaurant stating that someone from the motel would let me know when delivered. After some time I went down stairs to find meal and reception staff dismissive.

Meant to book at Ibis central but accidentally booked at Ibis apartments instead. Room very basic and a little old but unfortunately had no amenities like pool etc which is what we were wanting. We were very disappointed

Modern and pretty standard hotel located in a shopping area near to trams, markets and city, and the local attractions and public transport. Authentic restaurant on the premises, great-sized and extremely pleasant room with comfortable beds, separate toilet and a phone.

The rooms where functional and new-fashioned with a kettle, a balcony and nice sheets. Superfriendly stuff with front office staff members, and the location was favourable.
